Service: We maintain our small family business by using the standards rarely found, we care about our product and have pride in what we do. We guarantee quality structure and comfort. Our wood beach chairs and beach umbrellas are assembled and shipped only after inspection. We realize our products represent us, and we strive to maintain our outstanding quality and service.
Quality: Our wood beach chairs and umbrellas are manufactured in the USA. All beach chairs are manufactured using white oak and assembled with rust proof brass hinges and hooks. We use the highest quality marine grade fabric to extend the life of your chairs and umbrellas. Your expectations of commercial quality at affordable prices will be met!
Returns: Our refund policy is 15 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Screen printed, two or four color umbrellas, cabanas and embroidered items are not returnable. Please note all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, other than returns resulting from an error in shipping. Please contact us prior to returning an item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs associated with your initial order.
Sales Tax: We are required by the Florida Department of Revenue to collect sales tax on any items shipped into the state of Florida.
