What are your shipping times?
Our wood beach chairs and beach umbrellas are made just for you! Because our products are manufactured, assembled and shipped directly from our factory they do take a little extra time. On average, chairs and umbrellas are made and shipped within 2 - 4 weeks. During peak season, May - August, delivery times may be extended. Please allow an additional 3 -4 weeks for custom screen print and embroidery orders.
How will my order be delivered?

Orders are shipped using Fed Ex, UPS and in some cases, US Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment. Should your order be a large quantity, a trucking line will be used and you will be notified prior to delivery.
What is the difference between the 101 beach chair and the 105 mini lounge?
The 101 beach chair is taller and longer than the 105 chair. The 101 beach chair with leg rest is 39H x 24W x 72L and sits 13” off the ground. The 105 mini lounge with leg rest is 34H x 24W x 68L and sits 9” off the ground. The 101 beach chair reclines to four positions, but does not lie flat. The 105 mini lounge also reclines to four positions, and does recline flat.
Where is the rest of my order?

Many times items are shipped separately and therefore may arrive separately. You will be notified at the time of order if items will ship separately but if at any time you have a concern, please contact us by telephone or email.
Do fabrics provide UV protection?

Sunbrella and Outdura fabrics have been tested and proven to provide up to 98% UV protection from harmful effects of the sun when used in shade applications. Sunbrella fabrics have been awarded the "Seal of Recommendation" by The Skin Cancer Foundation, an international organization dedicated to the prevention of skin cancer. Lighter colors provide less protection than darker colors which have more depth of color. This UV protective factor is inherent to the product and will not be reduced by usage or exposure to the sun.
How do I anchor my umbrella?
We suggest burying the umbrella post at least 1/3 of the way down in the sand. Keep the umbrella closed until the post is secure, open the umbrella and tilt into the wind. Our sand anchors can be used to assist in keeping the umbrella safely in the sand. If not using a sand anchor, use a back and forth rocking motion on the post until sufficiently buried. Fill the hole made around the pole by pushing the sand into place and step down to pack the sand. Be sure to make adjustments for the wind and close the umbrella if unsure of safe wind conditions.
How does the leg rest come off the beach chair?
There is no assembly required. Each leg rest has two brass hooks which simply sit directly on the beach chair dowel.
Can I put my name or logo on the chair or umbrella?

Absolutely! We offer both screen printing and embroidering options on both the chairs and umbrellas. Please see the custom silk screening page for more information.
How do I clean my chair and umbrella fabric?
To keep your outdoor chairs and umbrellas looking their best, follow these simple cleaning steps. Start by removing any loose debris with a soft brush or cloth. For fabric surfaces, use a mixture of mild soap and water, gently scrubbing with a soft bristle brush before rinsing thoroughly. Make sure to let everything air dry completely before storing or using again. Further cleaning instructions can be seen here. Avoid using harsh chemicals found in commercial cleaning solutions, as they may cause damage to the varnish coating of the chairs.
What color should I get?
High quality beach chairs and umbrellas are an investment and the right color choice is important…we get it! If you would like to see color samples of the actual fabric, please just ask. We’re happy to mail them.
